Patty and Bun - the restaurant

Joe Grossman is a man on a mission. An alumnus of London Bridge restaurant Roast, he's taken the London burger scene by the horns and under the 'Patty and Bun' moniker has held numerous pop-ups and residencies throughout 2012 - i've previously covered his stint at the doodle bar in Battersea and his residency in Soho.

'A one-man burger machine. His previous pop-ups at The Doodle bar, Battersea and Queen of Hoxton, Shoreditch proved wildly popular and his residency at the Endurance pub in Soho has seen rave reviews of his trademark 'Ari Gold' burger and 'Trip chips'.'

That's not where the story ends though. This driven young man has just opened his own restaurant in West London, just around the corner from MEATliquor and Tommy's. A bold move to say the least.
I dropped by yesterday to see how the new place was looking - here's a sneak peek below. For more info about what to expect - see my article for Hot Dinners here.

Patty and Bun opens Friday 30th November at 12pm. For 20% off food, use the codeword 'Shake n Bake' when ordering.
